Douglas L. He became president and chief executive officer in November 2013. Peterson was a longtime employee of Citigroup and worked there for 26 years in various positions around the world. He was the chief operating officer of Citibank, N.A., before joining McGraw Hill Financial. From 2004 to 2010, Peterson was the CEO of Citigroup Japan. He served at the time, as the chief auditor of Citigroup from 2001 to 2004.
